What is the Program?

IMPACT assists with applications to the Lions Club Eye Care Program. Qualified families can receive assistance from the Lions Club to cover expenses for eye exams/glasses. Applicants will be required to pay a $30 co-pay for exams.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for the Lions Club program, the household must have a household income at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Level. This program is only available to Boone residents. This assistance is only available to families one time.
